Water Meditation
Hello All,
Have you ever tried a water meditation? I tried one last Sunday and it was AWESOME!!! You basically do it in the shower or the bath tub. I found one on YouTube by The Honest Guys. The meditation plays water sounds and music and you feel the water and you make a mindfulness meditation. The meditation is a relaxing way to get you ready for bed. It is a good way to wind down at the end of the day. This type of meditation, as well as other meditations is very healing. The more you meditate, the more healing you can get. It is also a good way to keep calm if you have anxiety. So if you're ever looking for a good way to relax or a new meditation, I'd recommend a water meditation.
