Meal Plans
Hello All!
This next post is about meal plans. I have recently lost almost 20 pounds and was looking to tone up my body. So I read up on how to exercise/eat to tone your body being I've never done it before. While reading up I realized I needed a certain percentage of foods from each food group each day in order to tone up and flatten my body. So I have started creating meal plans and this past week is the first week I have tried it. Let me tell you, for someone who has never done this before, meal planning is hard! Trying to get the right amount of food from each food group and plan recipes that you can use more than once, is harder than it looks. But I finally settled on a CrockPot vegetable soup for my lunch and dinner meal and my own concoction of carrots in grits for breakfast and it worked out nicely. Have you ever tried to meal plan?
